Working as a member of the I.T. team and reporting to the Supervisor of Software Development, the role of the Programmer/Analyst is to write, modify and test software programs to support our ERP business both locally and globally.. The Programmer/Analyst's role is also to assist in troubleshooting and providing systems support for all levels of the organization including the maintenance and management of day-to-day processes. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and Support company software. Assist users with hardware and/or software problems. Work with all levels of the organization to analyze and define their requirements. Design, write, modify, test, implement and support software programs with good QA.
