Position Summary We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, with a strong focus on revenue retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling and long-term account growth. This role will own the business relationship across assigned accounts identifying opportunities to expand the use of TLN’s learning technology and services while building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
