The HR team focuses on meeting the people needs of the company, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, retention, compensation, learning and development, and the end of employment. As a Recruiter, your focus will primarily be on candidates, new Zaberians, and hiring teams. As time allows, our recruiters take on HR Generalist tasks and projects. You?ll be working closely with one other experienced Recruiter, so this role is an opportunity to build your recruitment skill set.
