Prosperity Workforce Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a respected mental health organization dedicated to providing specialized, evidence-informed care to children and families. The Mental Health Nurse will join an interdisciplinary team providing nursing assessment, care planning, medication support, health education and ongoing clinical support to children and their families. Reporting to the Program Manager/ Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Nurse works collaboratively across clinical programs and settings to assess patients, develop and evaluate nursing care plans, provide medication education and support, and promote continuity of care. The successful candidate will bring strong pediatric experience, sound clinical judgment and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
