Job Description: Job Description Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and put-away activities in accordance with company standards. Operate RF (Radio Frequency) scanners and TWL system to accurately process orders, inventory movements, and shipments. Ensure all orders are picked and packed accurately to meet customer requirements and service level expectations. Load and unload shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage or discrepancies. Support shipping operations (dock activities) including staging, palletizing, and confirming shipments. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper bin usage, scanning, and participation in cycle counts. Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements, including proper equipment use. Meet and maintain productivity and quality metrics (e.g., pick rate, accuracy, on-time shipping). Assist with replenishment and stock organization to support efficient picking operation
