Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage time, and promote products will contribute to a positive shopping experience. Bilingual skills and experience in retail sales or merchandising are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and support sales goals. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner. Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions. Process sales efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities. Manage merchandising displays and ensure the store is well-organized. Maintain accurate cash register operations and balance drawers at shift end
