Job Description Job Description The Construction Estimator will prepare accurate pricing for commercial buildings, site servicing, foundations, and site works. This role includes reviewing project documents, developing takeoffs and estimates, preparing bids, and supporting scope evaluation, with occasional local travel for site visits and pre-bid meetings. Responsibilities Complete quantity takeoffs for construction projects. Develop detailed cost estimates. Prepare competitive and accurate bids. Review plans and construction documents. Evaluate scopes of work for commercial buildings, site servicing, foundations, and site works. Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings requiring occasional local travel. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction estimating. Experience with construction estimating software. Proficiency in quantity takeoff and cost estimation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
