Shifts will be scheduled between *4:30 PM and 11:30 PM*.. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.. Job Duties & Responsibilities. Demonstrate excellent serving skills and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.. Take food and beverage orders accurately while promoting menu specials, sake, wine, and other beverages.. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.. Set up, maintain, and clean dining areas in accordance with health and safety standards.. Operate the POS system, process cash and card payments, and complete basic cash-out
