Responsibilities: This position requires a certified MDR technician to set up, clean & reprocess instruments on surgical days.. Maintaining equipment, setting up a routine and monitoring quality control of washers and autoclaves as well as the integrity of sterilization.. Keeping records and logs up to date are also essential along with stocking necessary supplies and organizing and cleaning the sterilization area. Experience: Minimum grade 12 education required. Current certificate from a recognized college level Medical Device Reprocessing course or CSA Medical Device Reprocessing Certification. One-year OR experience preferred.
