Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.. Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information Computer and technology knowledge: Internet. MS Outlook. MS Windows.
