Housing Support Workers are members of the Kindred Spirit team and work together to provide housing support for clients in a flexible, compassionate, and responsible manner. Qualifications: Experience in human services, supported housing, or with persons with disabilities/addictions. Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous culture. Must pass criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.MUST HAVE: Class 5 Driver's License; Candidates without a Class 5 Driver's License need not apply.Reliable Transportation.Excellent Communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to work independently as well as a team;Excellent time management skills; Duties: Review communications board, emails and logbooks when coming on shift.
