The Supervised Visitation Worker at the North West Friendship Centre is responsible for supervising visits between children, parents, and family members, while documenting parent/child interactions and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Additionally, the role is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for clients to and from visitation appointments and medical appointments. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Duties and Responsibilities:-Supervise and facilitate visits between children and parents within the Friendship Centre, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.-Monitor visits closely, intervening as necessary to maintain appropriate conduct and safety standards.-Clearly define and communicate visitation rules to all parties involved, and report any violations to the referring agency.-Provide positive feedback and parenting coaching during visits to promote healthy parent-child interactions.-Document each visit
