Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and personable Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, handles transactions efficiently, and provides exceptional service to ensure a positive experience. Your enthusiasm and communication skills with the ability to multi-task will help foster customer loyalty and maintain fast drive thru times. Duties: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information. Prepare and serve coffee, donuts, pastries, sandwiches, etc.. Restock products that have been sold for the next shift. Preform daily cleaning duties according to cleaning lists. Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit card transactions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions/ complaints.
