Flat Out Transportation Services is seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to perform a variety of accounting functions by following prescribed policies and procedures, applying generally accepted accounting principles/guidelines, and best practices on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Prepare customer invoices and organize supporting load documentation.. Enter vendor invoices, receipts, and expenses into the accounting system.. Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.. Follow up on outstanding invoices and missing paperwork.. Maintain organized financial records for trucks, drivers, loads, and vendors.. Verify that required documentation is received and properly filed.. Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.. Communicate professionally with customers, brokers, drivers, and suppliers.. Perform general administrative duties as required.
