Recommend suitable products. Manage difficult situations with customers. Perform general office duties. Sell travel products and travel insurance. Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, which include marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events. Attend to cancellations and schedule changes. Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs Computer and technology knowledge: MS
