Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks: Assign seats to passengers using computer reservation systems. Check passenger baggage to determine those which are oversized and overweight to ensure travel standards are met. Prepare boarding passes for passengers. Calculate load weights for aircraft compartments. Trace missing baggage and/or cargo shipments. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Attend boarding gates and assist pre-boarding passengers. Prepare and issue tickets and receipts. Provide customer service. Work with minimal supervision Security and safety: Airport security clearance.
