Maintenance Coordinator

Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly

NomadHomes Inc. has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual to perform all aspects of coordinating our physical operations and maintenance. The successful applicant will carry out maintenance protocols and procedures, including: Review and efficiently respond to tenant and owner maintenance requests. work with external contractors and tradespeople to obtain quotes and arrange for repairs and maintenance work. Prepare final estimates of labour and material costs for owners. Contribute to protocol and procedure documentation. Conduct and log in-person routine safety and turn-over inspections (site visit). *Requirements:*. Familiar with standard office procedures. Experience working on a team to solve problems.
