South Saskatchewan Animal Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Tech Assistant to join our team. As an AAHA accredited practice, we provide high-quality care to all our patients and are looking for individuals who can help us do just that. Our successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, a drive to succeed and above all else, a passion for animal care! A friendly, reliable, punctual person who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills will be required for this role. Previous experience within the veterinary industry is necessary. We will provide the training and support you need to succeed. Many of our Tech Assistants further their education and become RVT's with the help of our supportive and growth oriented team! Duties include assisting our Veterinarians and Technologists with the following: a) Escorting clients and pets into exam rooms and gathering a brief medical history prior to exams b) Obtain vitals c) Prepare estimates and invoice
