Deals Administrator (Full-Time / Part-Time): Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. is a third-generation, family-run brokerage based in Scarborough, serving the GTA east end.. We're looking for a Deals Administrator to manage real estate transactions from offer to close. What you'll do: Manage transactions from start to finish. Enter deal details into LoneWolf. Keep agents, clients, and other parties in the loop. Keep records accurate and compliant. Prepare and submit transaction paperwork. Track deadlines and follow up on open items What you'll need: Strong attention to detail and organization. Clear communication skills. Comfortable working solo or as part of a team. Experience with LoneWolf and/or SkySlope. Solid with Microsoft Office. Real estate or admin experience is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 ? 37.5 per week Work Location: In person
