Repair, build and modify prosthetic or orthotic appliances or footwear. Set up and dismantle equipment. Supervise and direct activities of other medical technologists or technicians. Apply and adjust casts, splints and bandages. Assemble or build prosthetic and orthotic appliances according to drawings, measurements and plaster casts. Design and fabricate ocular implants. Record information about donors. Bill third party insurers. Remove organs and tissue specimens from bodies in morgue as directed by pathologist.
