JOB DESCRIPTION Security Shift Supervisor - Halifax Shipyard Reporting to the Site Security Manager and the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible to provide direction and oversight to group of Security Officers within a 24/7 operation and oversee their activities to ensure protection of the Company's assets, properties and resources.RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate's key responsibilities would include: Supervising security team at the Halifax Shipyard Performing daily post inspections Performance management for direct reports Training compliance for new hires Ensuring all occurrence reports are written and submitted in a timely manner Coordinating daily patrols of internal sites and parking areas. Issuing summary offense tickets for parking violations Medical First Response to various incidents Supervision and coordination of Security Incidents Conducting daily shift briefing with security team Maintaining a log of all daily occurrences and reports Performing walk-throug
