Process group arrivals and departures. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Respond to complaints of guests. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Greet customers. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
