Customer Service Associate / Cashier Duties: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-return (POR) system. Handle cash, count bottle returns accurately. Maintain a clean and organized point of return area. Assist customers with questions and guide them to correct areas. Utilize effective communication to simplify return process for customers. Keep busy during downtime, maintaining cleanliness.
