Qualifications About YOU You are an experienced cook (Red Seal is a strong asset as well as Food Safe certificate) who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards. During your mandate, it will be your responsibility to support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for our client contract regarding all food service offerings and the a la carte menu. You will use your skills to help create an excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site.
