We are currently seeking to have a Driver join our team._. The basic function of the Landfill Truck Driver is to operate the truck efficiently, safely and at the lowest feasible cost to the company. A Truck Driver is responsible for ensuring his/her vehicle is in compliance with the company's safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all company regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle and ensures that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner. He/She performs regular maintenance and inspections on the company truck in an effort to keep the truck in peak operating condition. The Driver reports to and is fully accountable to the Site Supervisor however, may from time to time, be assigned to the Project Manager who will provide work instructions and on-the-job training.
