Languages: English or French Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Machine set-up Tasks: Compute dimensions, sizes, shapes and tolerances of workpieces. Inspect final products. Set up machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and grinders. Test prototypes and production tools. Verify machined parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
