The incumbent acts as a resource person for all software users. They contribute to the development of clinical processes and provide advice for their improvement based on the needs of the sector and MOSAIQ's capabilities. They liaise with Service New Brunswick on the maintenance, updating and other technical aspects related to quality assurance of the system.REQUIREMENTS:
