Primary Purpose: The Head Curator provides leadership for the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of curatorial programs at the Mac Kenzie Art Gallery. The Head Curator leads the Mac Kenzie Art Gallerys curatorial team and contributes to curatorial initiatives, which include exhibitions, collections, and publications. The Head Curator collaborates with the senior management team to develop long-range goals and objectives, ensuring that curatorial initiatives align with the Gallerys Strategic Plan and Artistic Vision. In collaboration with the Director of Programs and the CEO, the Head Curator will develop and implement best practices for all curatorial activities at the gallery.
