Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work site environment: Corn farming. Outdoors. Wheat farming. Dusty. Hot. Noisy. Odours. All weather conditions Work setting: Rural area Tasks: Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Perform minor repairs to equipment. Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities. Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator.
