Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Drafting Technician to join our construction team. As a Drafting Technician, you'll work closely with our design, engineering, project management, and production teams throughout the design and construction process.. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with drawings, solving problems, and figuring out how a design needs to come together in the real world. You'll help develop and maintain permit and construction drawings for our modular homes, ensuring designs are accurate, coordinated, and ready for production. You'll have the opportunity to see your work move from a Revit model on your screen to an actual home being built in our facility and installed on site. Responsibilities: Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit. Develop detailed permit, construction, and production drawings for modular homes. Translate design concepts, sketches, floor plans, and specifications into accurate technical drawings
