Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting: Group home Tasks: Prepare reports or case histories. Administrative and office activities. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Housekeeping activities. Food preparation. Resolve conflict situations. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Implement behaviour management programs. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Certificate. Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Behaviour management Certification. Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate. Medication Administration Certificate. First Aid Certificate Security and safety: Criminal record check. Child welf
