Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Various locations Tasks: Coordinate subcontractors activities. Plan and organize daily operations. Select trade subcontractors. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Plan and manage budgets. Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. Schedule work. Provide clients with information.
