The day-to-day responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor include maintaining open lines of communication, various administrative tasks required for their area, and effective utilization and management of raw materials and employee time. The Supervisor ensures uniform application and interpretation of established SOP’s, specifications, shift-to-shift consistency, and coordination of employee training.
