Cut fish into steaks and fillets. Prepare special orders. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Condition fish filets for wrapping or freezing. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Food preparation. Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
