Roofing Technician

Salary: $36.60 to $40.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Tasks: Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings. Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems. Repair roofing systems. Instruct apprentices. Supervise other workers. Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools. Install sheet metal flashings. Estimate costs and materials.
