Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies. Hire, train and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff. Schedule work of other staff. Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment. Maintain inventory of equipment. Maintain inventory of supplies. Invoice clients. Calculate billing charges. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Clean, trim and polish nails. Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills.
