Objective: The Quality Assurance Lead Hand provides technical and hands-on support across all departments depending on daily operational needs. Includes supporting end customer, sales and stores. Key objectives in the role are to enhance overall quality of the product produced and guide the plants focusing on areas of improvement. Main Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the Quality technicians. Follow up on White Glove jobs and complete inspections along with Quality technicians. Perform daily quality checks incase Quality Technicians have absences. Work with cutting/finishing and assembly inspectors to train on quality standards. Manage the Quality KPI/Metrics scorecard including the development and support of all Quality data sources (warranty, external auding, daily team tracker).
