Professionalism in customer service. Accept payment or invoices for items delivered. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Prepare, package and restock goods. Load and unload goods. Use maps and other trip planning aids. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Air Brakes Endorsement. Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Air Brake (Z) Endorsement Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract) Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer. Valid driver's licence
