Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service by preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in food preparation and safety will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori items, biryani, naan, appetizers, and sauces. Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation standards. Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, marinating, grinding spices, and making sauces. Operate kitchen equipment such as stove, tandoor, fryer, grill, and ovens. Maintain consistent taste, quality, and food safety standards. Check food inventory and inform the kitchen manager when supplies are low. Store food properly and label/date ingredients.
