As Business Advisory Services Representative you?ll build a trust-based relationship with our business clients. You?ll have a positive impact on clients with your ability to identify business opportunities and your customer service experience. Your role Support our business clients with their banking transactions and credit/banking needs and help them use our digital solutions Analyze and understand business client needs in order to provide advice on the best solution and/or digital products Offer a distinctive client experience Follow compliance and fraud prevention rules in effect. Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Your work schedule is variable, and you?ll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.
