Job Description Job Description PARTS COUNTER PERSON Full-Time Position We are looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive, truck, trailer, or heavy-duty parts industry and have a strong understanding of parts identification and customer service. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist customers with parts inquiries and sales Identify and source automotive, truck, and trailer parts Prepare parts orders and invoices Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service Work as part of a team to support our service and parts operations Qualifications Previous experience in automotive, truck, trailer, or heavy-duty parts is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Good computer skills and ability to learn parts systems Ability to work in
