JOB DESCRIPTION The Valve / PSV Technician is involved in all aspects of service and repair of pressure relief device valves. This is an all-encompassing role including adherence to quality and safety processes and procedures, as well as servicing of valves and general shop/equipment maintenance activities.RESPONSIBILITIES Disassembly, inspection, reassembly, testing of new, repaired, or modified valves to engineering specifications and industry standards. Conduct pressure tests (hydro-static or gas (Nitrogen/air)), leak tests, and calibration of valves. Mentorship of new team members will be required Document all activities, including test results, repairs, and maintenance performed, quality Control to ensure all the paperwork and tags are correct and verifying against paperwork and computer system information. Painting and tagging of valves prior to shipment as required. Collaborate with engineers, Production Manager, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful
