Full job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, pipeline management, product knowledge, and assisting in the coordination of active projects with our internal team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our Outside Sales Team. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Place outgoing calls to our prospective client database to arrange introductory appointments for our Outside Sales Team. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.Pipeline Management:Gather, record, and understand client needs and requirements.Confirm, update, and build client database using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers within the CRM.
