Supervise and lead a team of operators and laborers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the crushing plant.? Monitor daily production targets and quality control to meet project specifications.? Ensure the maintenance and repair of crushing equipment are carried out as needed.? Conduct routine inspections to verify equipment functionality and troubleshoot any issues.? Enforce safety protocols
