Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and real-time support. Monitor and track truck locations and shipment statuses, addressing any delays or issues. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document communications.
