We are seeking licensed insurance brokers with a strong sales mindset and community presence to grow a personal and commercial book of business. What You'll Do: Prospect and close new *Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance*. Engage and convert leads generated through in-house marketing initiatives. Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Assess client needs, provide tailored quotes, and negotiate coverage options. Bind policies efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage policy renewals and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products. Build and maintain long-term client relationships
