Full Job Description:We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join Marsh's Captive Operations Group. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of captive insurance companies and oversee their day?to?day operations, including financial reporting, treasury, insurance administration, and corporate/regulatory compliance. You will deliver high?quality service to clients, support audit and regulatory processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of our procedures. Preference will be given to those candidates based in Nova Scotia. If you are located in the Halifax Regional Municipality, this will be a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.We will count on you to: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and any client?required supplemental schedules. Reconcile cash and investment accounts and execute payments as required. Prepare and file regulatory and tax filings on a quarterly and/or annual basis as required. Coordinate client audits
