Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly

MUST HAVE FLORAL AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE: We are looking for energetic and reliable team member who has a proven track record of exceptional client service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service. Water all plants as needed. Receive and unpack incoming supplies, giftware, balloons, plants and flowers. Take custom orders from customers. Designing floral arrangements, bouquets, funeral flowers. Keep Floral department neat and tidy. Any other tasks as assigned. · Handle inbound and outbound calls of existing customers. Training will be provided Requirements: · Versatile customer experience. · Exceptional verbal communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. · Ability to maintain a clean, well-organized work area. · Dedication to maintaining a superior customer experience. · Comfortable with opening and closing the store. · Social Media Knowledge. · Basic computer/keyboarding skills. · Enthusiast
