The property manager will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and maintaining effective communication with both tenant and landlord. We are seeking an extremely well organized Residential Property Manager who possesses strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, an understanding of property management systems, and knowledge of the legislation pertaining to the NS Residential Tenancy Act . This is an office based position with some site visits as required.. Responsibilities.
