Aquaculture Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Aquaculture Technician to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working hands-on in a dynamic environment. Work takes place primarily outdoors at a freshwater cage site, often in challenging weather conditions. Work is performed as part of a small, supportive team with shared responsibilities for fish welfare and site operations Responsibilities: *Harvest Support:* Assist with harvesting, fish transfer, and site setup for production cycles as required.. *Cage and Site Maintenance:* Clean, inspect, and maintain cages, nets, and moorings to ensure they remain safe and fully operational.. *Teamwork:* Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete daily routines, problem-solve operational issues, and support one another in achieving targets.. *Health & Safety:* Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safe working practices on and around the water.
